How very kind of you to say that Jack! I will say I know the feeling well.

Imagine picking up the phone and hearing "Hello John, this is Marion Ross" for the first time AND when you didn't expect it...I think my coffee came out my nose.

Did any of you listen to the commentary tracks?

I received my DVD's today John. That is very quick service, thank you. They are worth every penny as the quality is great. I salute you for your hard work to make these available to us.

I loved the episode filmed in the Mojave desert where they
were forced down on the "commie" side of the border in a
DC-3. It wouldn't fly so they high-speed taxiied it across
the desert....great fun and very simple to do. Why can't they
make TV like this anymore???

This was oneof about 3 or 4 episodes I received on a
DVD from the US.

Thanks for the comments Les and Simon, very much appreciated. Hard at work here on Volume 2. As I have time I will post more tidbits and a few pix from time to time...I'm surprised no one here has posted any frame grabs of aircraft and such from the shows...

Thanks Mike and Bill. I have been swamped but work is proceeding on Volume 2, and for any of you that have been asking, we are about to reissue the Steve Canyon Military-style caps...I will post here on WIX and on our blog any day now when they are available.

Before I forget, there is a terrific review of Volume 1 over at DVDTalk.com ...here's the link http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/35985/complete-steve-canyon-on-tv-volume-1-the/

Thought I'd share the cover of Volume 2:

The commentary tracks are smokin' on this one too...quite a few revelations about the show.

Note also that I will be a presenter at the National Aviation Hall Of Fame REELFEST film festival this week in Dayton Ohio...and we will be screening OPERATION INTERCEPT, arguably the most popular (and shocking) Steve Canyon episode (evening of Thursday March 12th at the Engineers Club).

Visit our blog (below) for more info on both and the other aviation films being screened at REELFEST.

Hope everyone here at WIX are well!

Will do Mike...I wouldn't wait TOO long to order a cap though, as when this batch is gone, it probably will be the last.

Volume 2 is late but will be out this month and has great audio commentary tracks...

...especially the one with Academy Award winner Peter Kuran (from "Star Wars" and "Trinity and Beyond: The Atomic Bomb Movie")...really great stuff!

Just a heads-up to all of our friends here that The Complete Steve Canyon On TV Volume 2 DVD is (as of earlier today) now finally AND officially at the factory! I'll update here (and on our blog) as soon as the factory lets us know when they'll be done...

Sorry they are so late...It's not for lack of effort on our part...I can sum the issues up with one word: gremlins

'Nuff Said...

All domestic orders for Vol 2 have been shipped as of yesterday May 15...there's still a few foreign orders that won't be able to be shipped until after the weekend, but we have essentially met our goal to get it released by today May 15th! Now I'm going to try & shake this virus that's knocked me on my duff...Let me know what you think about Vol 2, either here or email or on our blog comments, please!

Hope everyone that has ordered enjoys the new release and we thank you all for your interest and support!
