Don't know you well enough to know if I'd want you for a neighbor, but we have land west of Austin up 183. Don't get up there often enough. Hope you're bringing good ideas to Austin, not making it more "weird."
You've got to try and leave California and it's ideas behind. You're in Texas now.
If you feel the need to see a T-28, there's one in the hangar I work at down here in SA.
