No, you have it all wrong; they just want you to bring your own flashlight (torch) so you can find your way around in the dark.

No no no... You can't do that! They don't know what kind of a flashlight you must bring. It could give off some amount of UV!

What they want their visitors to bring are night vision goggles.

What's next? Scuba gear so you don't breath near the exhibits?

Mike

P.S. I am just having fun with this BTW. I am not really a raving lunatic. Although some have said... oh nevermind.

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

Thanks AirJim. I had also called them this morning and was referred to a gentleman who can possibly grant a photo permission....he's out until Monday - I'll try then. I also learned that they are only open on weekdays, not weekends (Kennsmith probaly got the errant info from a website I also found googling) no big deal.

Rob M, was there actually a BU# associated with this piece? (can't remember if you said before or not)
