Maybe I'm pushing this thread a little too much, but I am so enthusiastic I can't help it. Below are 2 links to YouTube videos that I took of my most recent Collings Foundation P-51C flight out of Camarillo, California in May 2009, with little 'ole inexperienced me getting to fly this airplane for the majority of our 1-hour flight. I had to stash my tiny little Canon TX-1 camera away quickly in the middle part of the flight because I was flying, so the clips are of the beginning and end of the flight. This time Stu Eberhardt was the pilot. Stu owns his own P-51 "Merlin's Magic," races at Reno, is a former owner of an F-86 (too expensive to keep), was a USAF F-86 and F-100 Cold-War pilot and just a great guy. Good times and FLY ON!
