So is this a hint as to who bought the Coussens Bolingbroke projects?

Mine would be:

Seafire PR503. Just because this plane has been going to fly next year since I was 10 or so...
Yagen Mosi
CWH Lizzie
O-52
YL-15

Over here in the UK several aircraft have recently gone onto the registry
two of which are :

Focke-Wulf 190 Dora9!! to flying status, with Junkers Jumo 213.This is none other than Black 8 Flown by Werner Zech. Details of this aircraft are available in the excellent `Greenhearts, first in combat with the Dora9` publication.
and also a JU 87 Stuka!! to flying status

I can`t wait for these two!!

Cheers

JT

Isn't this one a new-build with a Fw190 dataplate?

The 'REAL' F4U-5N BuNo.122179 being hastily returned to flying condition in France. Still not sure how the new owners of this plane and that of its US-based doppelganger are going to sort out the mistaken identity factor. Could be we'll have a "122179" in the US, and another in France.

Sorry, this is off text, but are you restoring a PT-26 vanguard? If so and you need some parts, info, moral support, or whatever send me a PM. I am working on a PT myself with several other PT's waiting in the wings. (Or is that, "waiting for me to build their wings?"

I would be interested in hearing about your project.

Tim Manna's Seafire XVII SX336 at North Weald and Paul Allen's Me109e at Wattisham, both in the UK, and in theory, both just weeks away from their first post restoration flights.
