USN used H-1 to H-4 in Korean War era.

The H-3/H-4 had a soft liner inside like a ANH-15 but specially made for the H-3/H-4 and a hard shell covering which snapped to the liner. Goggles attached to the hardshell.

H-1 and H-2 are rare and wont find many. They were direct wear helmets - more suited to a museum nowadays.

I have 3 H-3/4 and if your wanting to examine this method, see ebay many then. Saying that in modern era this 1950s setup is most likely not as safe as modern helmets so seek advice if you want to fly with one.
