and no one caught the 1948 CHRYSLER IMPERIAL in the convoy of vehicles?

Could be an early '46, since it has the white wheel trims, but it's a moot point - Mac's staff car was a '42 Packard (with factory a/c!) painted OD.

"Dugout Dougs' huge ego wouldn't have permitted him to ride in anything as 'low rent' and average as a common CHRYSLER. PACKARD was still THE top of the pile class ride made in America-a ride fit for an Emperor :roll: :lol:
