Those are superb! Really like the camera angles and multiple aircraft shots. It's obvious, you have spent a lifetime in aviation.
One question; On the two Buchons, they have different wingtips. WHich would be authentic to the Buchon and to an earlier Messerschmitt design? Which design gives the most help on stall speeds and landings?

Yes a life time in vintage aviation

This is not my specialist area but I think the Buchons were made with the round tips and the 'Desert' livery example here has had the tips modified to represent more closely an early bf109 example.

The stock Buchon had round wingtips. The planes that you see with the 'clipped' tips were the ones that were modified for the Battle of Britain movie by Hamish Mahaddie to (as Peter said) more closely resemble the BF-109D's and E's that were being flown in the summer of 1940.

I'm not aware that Bf-109D's were used in BofB. E models replaced them as early as the Spanish Civil War in 1937 and beyond...

Also Bf-109G which was the basis for the Spanish built version, the CASA 1112, had rounded wing tips so nothing unusual there.

The stock Buchon, being a development of the late model 109's, has rounded wing tips. The clipped wings were, as noted by PeterA, an attempt by the producers of the BoB movie to make them appear more like the 109E. The ex-Champlin, now MoF "109E" also has the clipped wings although I do not know if it was a BoB movie veteran.

Rumor over at Flypast is that P-47G "Snafu" is now a part of the Friedkin collection and will be headed State-side very soon. Anyone here that can confirm? What I wouldn't give to see the two P-47G's in the air at Chino! Speaking of which, it sure would be nice to see PoF return their Jug back to the same stock condition as "Snafu".

P.S. I will order book 1 and 2. Does shipping them together make any difference in cost? The shipping from England to N. America is expensive, but it sure is fast.

Actually shipping together makes it special and it would actually cost more than two seperate packages.
