For those WIXers that are going to this event, what Hotel recommendations can you make?

I usually stay at the Mariott Courtyard in Romulus. Its right by detroit metro airport so I can seped my free time snapping pics and its only a 15-20min drive to the show.

Oh..and why do I have to wait 8 months for this!! I can't wait for this show.

3 miles straight shot to the show.

Ok I saw the Breitling team at Wings Over Houston, so I was like eh, but ok now a Mig-23 you guys are REALLY trying for me to get up to Michigan this year!

Mind sharing why you weren't blown away by the Breitling team? I know nothing about them so any info is welcomed. Thanks!

Saw the Brietling team perform at the Reno Air Races, I thought they put on a nice smooth show, somewhat like watching the Canadian Snowbirds.

Last saw it 10 years ago, a very good addition to the show.

Excited about the MiG-23 and looking forward to some interesting helicopters and other warbirds!

Hopefully we will receive the first 2016 announcement on an addition to the lineup soon......
