Flags or no flags, standing at attention or sitting on your *ss for a song is really not the issue, and never really has been from where I kneel, ... it's about giving and receiving respect period! Especially when your intentions are to strive for change and understanding and support for your cause by your fellow humans.
Dividing people, upsetting people and angering people is no way to champion your cause. I'm no big deal, but if you want my support? you won't be getting it by disrespecting me. You want people to support your cause? Pissing them off is no way to go about it IMHO.
