That was the original Camel that Tallman owned for many years. The one in TGWP was built specially for the movie, and Tony Bianchi told me once that it has stamped aluminum ribs, I guess as a way to build it more quickly.
I've tried to find an N-number for the Triplane, and I think it's N5523V, serial number DB1 according to the FAA registry (edit: and Scott's list above),

'ALU seems to have a different s/n, 1864/DR, but there are photos that show '5523V looking very similar to 'ALU (although a number of Triplane replicas have been painted in that scheme over the years).
