Ed - you might back channel Sparky and compare notes on an incident in which he, as Barracuda Lead for 357FS Weasels 'trolled' a MiG for Robin. Sparky does not recall a claim made and he says he definitely saw a MiG blow up...

It is possible he has researched the date since then and found otherwise.
