Saw the CAF-Wisconsin Wing PT-26 flying on July 3, but that's mostly because I was in it. Thanks to Gary Otto!

I saw a three ship; a Harvard, A T-6, and a Yak doing some parade flyovers. It ws really cool and fun to see.

Oh yeah, I saw them from the back seat of a T-33 that was the lead of a two ship T-33 formation doing the same! The Waukesha Warbirds strike again! I was with our T33driver, Paul Keppeler and the second Canadair CT33 was Jim Allen's, piloted by Carl Schwerman.

Still flying high today, not sure how long it takes to come back to earth after some 6 G pulls. Am I lucky or what?

While we were getting ready, the PT-26 was doing some pattern work here at UES, so that counts as 6 I saw on the 4th.

Well, it was actually yesterday when I was out clearcoating a 1/48 PBY but a Max Holste Broussard flew over. I love those things!

I spent the day at VFM today. Lots to see!

- Several USMC F/A-18 Hornets going in and out of NAS JRB FW.
- A C-130 Herc on its way to NAS JRB FW.
- Two US Army Chinook helos in formation northbound over north Fort Worth.
- Nils Agather's Beech C-45 taking off from Meacham Field (twice today, in fact).
- A nice L-17 Navion which made a low pass down Runway 15.
- A civilian Twin Beech taking off from Meacham Field.

Cheers,
