I have it first hand that a certain editor popped his head round the door of the IT office at Key and they were all looking a bit glum. :(

Och, send the Key IT boys over here for a dram, we'll soon cheer them up

ageorge, I think you'll find that there are two other lowlands.......Bladnoch and Glenkinchie. Don't think I've tasted either before though, so now might be as good a time as any

Are we meant to be talking about aircraft while we're here? Had a couple of Tornado GR4's scream between my chimney pots today....well, I think they were GR4'......erm, they were going pretty fast but I'm sure they were Tornado's........ :?

Hi MOTF et al.
I've got a very fine bottle of Lagavulin here if anyone would care to join me.
Also Ardveg and GM Cellar 13.

Is that OK?
What cigars have we got?

Cheers
Andy

Well it's time for an Ovaltine and a digestive biscuit down here!
Desperation beginning to set in in some quarters I fear. Wixers are normally such a sober lot!

Mornin' Setter,

Have a dram........we've got a good selection on offer here this evening....Highland Park, Auchentoshan, Lagavalin............hang on, that's two islands and a lowland, better chuck in a highland one for good measure, how about...................a nice Speyside Malt, The Macallan?

Incidentally, for the American contingent you may like to know that the Auchentoshan is matured in either American bourbon casks or sometimes Spanish sherry casks. :tonqe:

Hi

Sounds like a great little virtual party happening in the UK and Scotland at least - Archie I shall be having a Highland single malt , I will leave the brand to your impecable taste.

You will all be pleased to know that it is morning here in Brisbane - lovely spring day - sun is shining and temp is around 22 Centigrade 9.00am.

I am hard at work for the citizens of Queensland thinking up new ways to give them IT they don't want or need but hey it's a job!!

We are all excited down here with two new P40's about to fly so everyone is busy making phone calls , buying new cameras and lenses and booking airline tickets - I think you will find these two will be the most photographed P40s on the planet!!

Kindest regards
John P
