Two comments:

First, I absolutely love this thread, especially since a real B-17 Veteran has posted in it. Does anyone know if jhor9 is still around? I would love to hear some more of his stories and first hand perspectives. I hope he is still with us.

Second, regarding the picture request by Greg Morehead. Jack Cook is your man. If anyone has that picture or has the contacts to find it, it is Jack. I'm sure he will be along shortly and see this thread.

IfJhor9 is who I think it is...he is a fixture on our Florida Tour. He always comes out when we are on the east coast of FL and shares his stories all day long. He is a great guy. Here's to yah Jules!
