Yes, A USNR P-3C Update III Orion from VP-62 out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Cheers,

Get the P-3 while you can. I was talking to a NAS JAX P-8 pilot and he NAS JAX has only about 6 P-3s left. NAS JAX used to be the largest P-3 base. Would be nice to get a P-8 also

The show itself, for the most part, will take place really close (and during) the Twilight time frame for the Wild Wednesday show. There will be activities all day at the museum and the museum is included in admission. The gates for the air show portion will open at 5 PM and the air show will get underway about 7 PM.

Just was notified that the latest batch of payments for the Friday Taxiway Photography and the Saturday and Sunday Photo Tour/Photo Pit slots are selling well. This area of the show always sells out in advance each and every year.

Cheers,

Tom Walsh.

I was under the impression that as of last year JAX was all P-8 stateside with the last squadron of P-3's being deployed and receiving the P-8 once back. When I was there January, 2015, the only P-3 on the field was my Brother's from VP-47.

Kanoe Bay squadrons begin their transition to the P-8 this year I believe in addition to being rebased to Whidbey Island. This all happens as the squadrons rotate from deployment to stateside.

Two Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) F-16 Fighting Falcons have been confirmed for static display at the 2016 Thunder Over Michigan show on August 20 and 21. This will be the first time they have appeared at any Michigan show. Thunder profoundly thanks the RNAF for this privilege.

Cheers,

Tom Walsh.
