The Lone Star Flight Museum airshow schedule shows their P-47, Tar Heel Hal, as attending Thunder. Let's hope so!

That would be GREAT news if it holds up. It's beautiful Thunderbolt and it could bring the number attending to six AND bring the possibility of a USAF Heritage Flight with a P-47 in it.

:)

The Warbird Heritage Foundation (Illinois) show the weekend of Aug. 8-10 Open (Aug. 3 in Oshkosh and Aug. 16 in Chicago). Maybe we can hope for the F-86F Sabre and the T-2B Buckeye to come to Thunder..? And can we dare hope the A-4B Skyhawk may make it.....??

An update on this year's Photo Tour/Photo Pit areas at Thunder

FOR SATURDAY, AUGUST 9 - 72% of the available spaces are sold

FOR SUNDAY, AUGUST 10 - 34% of the available spaces are sold

Remember, if you reserve and pay prior to March 31, 2008, it is at last year's price.

After April 1, 2008, the new fee structure kicks in.

Cheers,
Tom Walsh,
Photo Tour/Pit Co-Ordinator.

Anyone have any more information on the Flightline Chalet? Is it worth the extra money?
