A piece of shiny black plastic that resembles a puddle of oil at first glance placed under the vehicle is enough to cause coniptions. Works particually well with Harley & Chevy owners...

Pop the hood on Rich's truck and pour a little oil at the back of the engine, just a little though for a few days. Then you can see how long before he's pulling something apart!

Haha! We did that to a buddy's car with antifreeze after he got a new radiator. He took it back and they charged him to fix it again. We were dying laughing! It was worth paying for the unnecessary service visit.

Hi Jim... I just saw that your spitfire was listed for sale on Platinum Fighters. I must say that's a shame, in a way, as I haven't been able to make it out to see her yet, but at the same time, I guess you might be getting something new for Rich to get his hands messy with. Any news you can share on what the next beastie might be?
Cheers,
Richard

Yup, we've had fun with her for two years and like we did with Princess, it's time to share her with someone else. I do have an eyeball on a pretty unique deal and if I can make it happen I'll write about it. Don't want to jinx us just yet ....

Thanks Jim... Can't wait to see what you have in store next, and wish you luck in defeating any jinxes! Many thanks to you and Rich for looking after the Spitfire so well too. It's amazing how much work you've put into her!

Richard

Been working out to prepare for shoveling snow this winter.
It has paid off as we had many days of snow including the last 2 days of snow, winter mix, sleet, freezing rain and then another 8-10 inches of snow.
Had to shovel/use snow thrower to leave the driveway and then shovel/use snow thrower to get in the hangar.
