Must be true! I just saw a bunch of Corsairs bombing German positions on the eastern front in the movie "Cross of Iron" .... a Sam Peckinpah movie no less :lol: :wink:

Okay, guys .....me bad :oops:

At least the Russian tanks look like T-34's

It was a pretty good movie, but as I watched it tonight I had to comment on the obvious US Corsairs.

It was a good movie and the use of actual T-34 Tabks was great. I think the Corsairs might have been out takes from "MacArthur", still abou the same time as "Black Sheep" but the scenery around the shots looks more like "Mac".

I was always impressed that it was made, considering it had no "good" guys in it. Both the Germans then and the Russians at the time of production would be enemies of the U.S.

It's definately in my top 20 war movies.
