It just wouldn't be Christmas without receiving my annual Ghosts calendar from my wife. We often forgo many things, but not that.

My brother gave me a copy of my Dad's pilot license, among other aviation related items of Dad's student pilot days.

My mother-in-law gave me the Encylcopedia of Modern Military Aircraft and I was able to quickly show them the a/c a young friend works on (Boeing E3 Sentry).

So, no Mother-in-law jokes this year.

My Daughter got me a kick a** 1/18 scale MiG-15 model from 21st century toys. It has some incredible detail.

My 3 year old granddaughter wants to take pics too. A future warbird nut, no doubt.

I didn't know you were a racer Gary. Do you own a Cassutt or will it be someone elses ride?

I don't really want to hijack this thread with my non-Warbird related stuff, so here's the short answer....
Technically not a racer...yet. '07 will be my first year. Got a friend who's wanting/letting me use his ride. It's been a goal of mine since my first Air Races in 1976. And I can't wait!!! :D

I got a book The Few by Alex Kershaw, about American pilots in the BoB. I'm already halfway through!
