Check out Tony Mireles's Liberator wreck site find that we just added to our website lastnite:

Also, the very notable Chicago B-24 site he researched:

Tony's 3-volume book on Stateside losses during WWII is a superlative scholarly index and complete history of all fatal training accidents, and describes, as he says, the virtual "third-front" for AAF crews during that period. I give him great credit for keeping the memory of these men alive and I highly recommend this work: "FATAL ARMY AIR FORCES AVIATION ACCIDENTS IN THE UNTED STATES 1941 - 1945" by Anthony Mireles.
