Here are some scans of photos of two Pintos. The first three were taken at Planes of Fame Air Show May 14, 1988 and the fourth one was taken at the Airzona Airfest, Prescott, AZ Oct 7, 1989.

Revision I originally had the aircraft ids reversed

The yellow one is TT-1 s/n 12, Bu No 144234 & N4486L
The white one is TT-2 s/n 4, Bu No 144226 & N7752A

Isn't there a fourth flying painted in Navy blue? Do all of them have the Learjet engine conversion or are any of them flying with the original underpowered turbojet?

The Super Pinto with the T-38 engine looks like it would be a blast to fly!

Bill - thanks for the cockpit photo. Nice and simple it is.

Thanks to all for the photos of the survivors. All things considered, with only 14 originally being produced, there's a decent number still around and even flying. Too bad those percentages don't work out for other aircraft types :-(

Enjoy the Day! Mark

It is-

On a hot day, with two people and full fuel- your initial climb rate may be "down" to around 3000 fpm....
