Sorry guys, I just found out that the P-47 Hairless Joe that I was talking about at Air Heritage was repainted due to the addition of several components that would bring it back to the award winning example that it is today. The subject of the paint scheme is the same aircraft. I was notified by an induvidual more in touch with "909" that My. Reilly did not assume to scrap out "909" which was rebuilt in to ferry condiot at KBVI. Sorry about the mis information.
