I just wanted to take a moment to apologize for not responding to e-mails as much as I would like too. My RL job is taking up alot of time so the amount I can give to the site is less than I would like. And a majority of that is taken up with maintenance and SPAM deflection, especially during the week. Since I get 200-300 e-mails a day you can see how trying to get through 1000+ e-mails a week can be daunting. About 80% is spam but its trying to weed out the good from the bad is the challenge.

So if you send me an e-mail, please put a descriptive subject line on it and that will stand out more. And if I don't respond with in a reasonable amount of time feel free to e-mail me again. Please be patient, thanks for understanding.

Scott: Maybe it would be the most helpful to you if anything to do with WIX should have that as the lead three characters of the subject line ie, WIX-whatever......

Scott, perhaps there should be a section of Wix just for emails to and from you, there's no way you can do it on a personal basis. I would like to see a one or two more sections or topic areas. First, one of safety of flight where someone can pass along any safety related sugestion, experience, or concern. Next, perhaps reports of pilots of what FBOs , airports, related businesses they have visited that are good and deserve our support. Currently you have two forums for models, if this was combined it would free up one space.

Scott, I signed up here a few months ago and I think you trashcanned my email. No worries. Administering a website is a time consuming process and I just enjoyed reading posts and looking at pictures in the meantime. Then I reapplied under a different screen name and look at me now!

While I slipped between the cracks, I like the fact that an actual person lets me onto the site. It helps prevent the bot infestations which plague other sites I post at. Thanks for all you hard work!

On occasion application triggers my "Spammer" alert sense and gets trashed that turns out to be legitimate. Sorry if this happened to you but alls well that ends well, welcome to WIX!
