Sasnak,

Have you talked to anyone at the 2nd BG Association? They sell a book about the history of the 2nd. If you go to their website and click on the 20 bs link, they show the a/c positions for that mission. The aircraft in question was located near the rear of the formation where most of the losses usually occurred. Interesting to note that there was a B-24 tagging along.
