Maybe I can help a little. The Playboys were an all volunteer Marine Fast Fac outfit that flew the TA-4F. They flew as a minisquadron within Headquarters and Maintenance Squadron 11 (H&MS 11) at Da Nang.

Playboy 1 was Dick Hebert.

There are several Playboys that live in the dallas area.

Larry Adkinson's War College thesis entitled " Who Were Those Guys ?" has been adapted as an article and was republished last year in the Skyhawk Association's Journal.

The Collings Foundation's TA-4 is painted in their markings.
