Turned out pretty nice Eric. How many pieces were they cut into before you started? (Been there and done that)
And you found some link eject chutes. We're still looking... also hoping to find one of the charging cylinders and related attach parts.
Looking Good!
3 pieces each, we used 4 guns to make 2 for the inboards. I had 2 barrels
made from scratch for the outboards. We had the tips threaded back 6 inches and an insert made that has the exact lands and grooves, so you can't tell that there are not rifled all the way through.
I might have a line on chargers, if you are interested. I'll have to check with someone.

Very nice Eric,
Looking forward to seeing it in a few weeks. Just a couple weeks ago, I also had a chance to see Danny Summers AD at the Wings Over Wine Country air show in Santa Rosa CA, and here's a shot of his setup
Danny is one of the truly good guys in the warbird community, he let me fly his AD5 prior to soloing mine. Our guns are very comparable, only big diff is that he painted his and I went ahead and Parkerized mine, you can see in the pics that the suppressor sleeve on the barrels so the difference in color when you Parkerize them, but that's the way it was.
Thanks for the kind words.
