Does anyone know if there was ever a specific Act whereby the US Navy transferred ownership of abandoned military hardware to the countries where it was abandoned? If so, does anyone know the name of that Act? Thanks! 8)

Hi Rob,

I can't quote anything exact, but I do know that anything that was US military Hardware that was left in Canada became Canadian "Crown" posession sometime in 1947 or so.

Cheers,

David

Better just keep that Buffalo in the Barn for a few more years

I've always wondered what great things might come to light when and if some policies chance with the Navy and NHC. Maybe it is just some dream that keeps me thinking.
