Thunderbird T-28?

I was driving by the Wright Brothers Airfield, on the southside of Dayton and I caught a glimpse of a beautiful T-28 wearing Thunderbirds colors.

Anybody know the bird I'm talking about or who owns it? Or even better got a good picture of it? I didn't get much of a look, as I was catching it on the drive into work.
