Sorry for the off-topic post, but I thought some of you might be interested in this:

Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Creative Services
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Positions and # of positions that report to this position: none

POSITION ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides visual communication support to the business units of EAA and produces visual solutions to the communication needs of the organization. Working as a team member of the Marketing department, this position is responsible for developing and executing corporate communication in the style and spirit of the brand using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness through the following activities:
o Meeting with account managers and clients to discuss their needs
o Interpreting the client's business needs
o Working with account managers and copywriters, help develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify communications objectives
o Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
o Producing accurate and high quality work
o Contributing ideas to the overall brief
o Keeping abreast of developments and trends in design and design software applications
o Working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account managers, website designers and other specialists
o Working to tight deadlines in a production-driven environment

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience in an in-house or agency environment
· Excellent graphic and oral communication skills
· Professional working knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· The ability to think creatively and bring concepts to life through excellent graphic execution
· Knowledge of current trends and techniques in the visual arts
