It is amazing to see how far they have come. When it left Air heritage, it didn't even look like an airplane.

Is this the B-26 that Mr. Tallichet had stored at Herrington Kansas in late 80's, early 90's.
There was several T-28's, Sea Furies and other aircraft there.

Yeah it probably is, because when this went to Beaver Falls nothing left Chino and I had heard one of the Million Dollar Valley B26s was in Kansas. Nathan, I know how you feel. I've seen a Marauder fly 3 times and it's something magnificent to see. I watched Carolyn take off once in Harlingen in October 86 when she was having some problems and I knew I may never get to see that particular airplane fly again and I was right, as it didn't fly in the show and it missed the Baltimore Marauder 50th reunion in April 91 thanks to an engine problem . Almost made it though. Darn.

Are you sure you're talking about the same aircraft? I don't believe Air Heritage ever had this B-26. This airframe has been at MAPS for at least 12 or 13 years.

Cheers,
Richard

It is the same for sure, I have confirmed this with the crew chief at MAPS, I used to be on the restoration team at Air Heritage years ago. I was like 14, and just cleaning stuff on the airplane at that point, but it was one of the best times of my life.
