I am in the middle of writting my article on MASH helicopter pilots, and am looking forward to my next interview. I would love to interview a Wild Weasel pilot or EWO if anyone knows of any, that would not mind talking about their service, please send me a PM. Thanks
Chris

Contact Craig Baker, he runs an awesome F-105 site, that should help for starters.

JCW's brother was a F-4G WSO who later worked in R & D in the F-15E rear cockpit set up. He's also the smartest person (multiple doctorates) I've ever met!

Hi,

Very nice idea.
I love Wild Weasel.

On the last Flight Journal, you have an article with the F-100 Super Sabre.

I'm intereting by all information about the 'WW' and specialy SPangdahlem Air Base.

Chris,

One of my USAF pilot training classmates was an F-4G WSO and punched out (controlled ejection) of a Wild Weasel in Desert Storm after running out of fuel...don't recall all the details but the tanker rendezvous was FUBAR somehow--not sure if anyone at fault but recall they'd egressed at the speed of heat out of some pretty hot air defenses.

That is something else. THe WW crews are really brave, and I am just now studying up on some of their stories.
