B-25N(JTB), S/N 44-30363 at Strategic Air and Space Museum

Here you go. There are two B 25s at the Museum. One is beautifully done as a tribute to the Tokyo Raiders. Another is a partial AC set up as a display. I know I have the serial for it somewhere but I am at work.

Anyway. Here is the full AC info for S/N 44-30363:

Now the Partial. Not sure if the tail number correlates to the actual S/N. Anyone else know? It has a unique history but I can not find the picture of the sign and do not want to guess.

It sure does, Warbirds Directory #4 lists this B-25 as TB-25N 44-28738

Was canvas covering the top turret standard for ground operations or only used to protect against sea spray.
