F4B4 replica - rebuild

Wed Jan 16, 2008 12:36 pm

I found these pictures in my stuff...

Label says Doc Morel's F4B4, Grand Prairie, TX 6/1988 and the finished says 12/1992

Any ideas on the whereabouts and status (and of course and #'s ) for this airplane...looks like a beauty!

Thanks,

I think that this machine may have been severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina while on display at Mobile. It was not in evidence when I visited about a year later. Perhaps it was off-site or behind the scenes for repair/rebuilding. I wonder if anyone has seen it lately.

Sadly this it what it looked like in April of 2005 when I visited P-Cola.
I did not see it on my April 2007 visit...
