I was wondering are their any C-130's left in the world that are in that early configuration ? that would be cool to see one flying like that in this day and time.

No. All of the few airframes that didn't receive the upgrade with the radar nose and uprated T56 (with 4-blade props) were scrapped by the 1980s.
