Got awakened by my son who's @ work over at the big kite plant about an hour ago alerting me to the fact that John Sessions' P-51 and his F7F had just departed on 31L to go enjoy our sunny morning-
Interesting view and sounds out my bedroom window of the Merlin and 2 2800's running in a pretty tight right echelon as they passed over :D :D
AIRPLANE NOISE and sunshine

Let me take this moment to personally thank the Everett HERALD newspaper and Paine Field for doing such a wonderful job of masking the fact that GA appreciation day was today- :x :!: :x :!:

Glad that John was able to get most of his collection to Paine for the weekend; unfortunately his T-33 is stuck sitting on the ramp at KBLI for a few days. Sure looks good sitting in front our our museum

Seeing and hearing the P-51 and F7F in tight formation made all those little hairs on my spine stand at attention!
Both of my favorite engines running together, don't get much better :D
