I will not be able to attend Geneseo or Oshkosh next summer. I will be away on a business stage in a far-flung country, which will prevent me from flying to these events.

I'll try to compensate with a small airshow held were I'm going, namely FLYING LEGENDS 2005!!!!!!!

Oh yes, come and say hello! Just not during the flying, or you'll get soundly ignored...!

Ollie--

Ah, zut alors! Pauvre Olivier...il doit aller a "Flying Legends"...

(Sorry 'bout the mauvais francais. Geez. Colour me envious...We'll miss ya at Gennie for sure. Think you might be around Ottawa at some point for another WIXer spring meltdown?? Maybe when the new CWM opens?)

Joyeux Noel et Bonne Annee...

I'd seriously reconsider if I were you Ollie, you'll be seriously bored. All those noisy Spitfires (I think we had about 8 up together last year), 4 or so Hurricanes, Grumman Cat formation aerobatics, P-39, Polikarpov,.....nah, best stay at home. 8)

Seriously thought, you won't be disappointed (especially if the weather is good!). From what I hear, Legends 2005 could well be the best ever. :D

I look forward to meeting you, and any other Wixers from outside the UK who make the journey.

Yeap, July.

Hello chaps!

Yes, as time gest nearer we'll plan the meet in a good way.

Yep, leaving on a jet plane, I wouldn't mind bringing the Focke-Wulf over if you can find me a place on the Legends flight line! It would involve getting her in a container though, as she's short legged!

Rob, I can see all those big planes some other time, it's not like they are leaving North America anytime soon. And I'd rather see 10+ Spits than all those heavies together!

And hey, I might even go to Sweden on that trip, so I'm not going to speak a single word of complain!
