Are T-6/Yale wings interchangable?

can you explain the differences?

is it just the match angles?

is it the spar attachpoint?

or is the yale wing substationally different to the T6 wing outer panel aerodynamically in terms of cord and incedence?

I realise the Yale wing does not have any mounting in its leading edge for the undercarriage retract ram, but I thought the Yale had the same later wing design to the T6, rather than the earlier straight trailing edge / rounded wing tip wing of the NA-16, BC-1, Harvard mk 1 and Wirraway?

I'm not Matt but the answer to the above is yes. For example the Yale has a much different sweep back angle on the outer panels then say, a T-6G.

I am not sure about the attach angles or spar, but the wing itself is different, as is the aileron. Can it be done ? I am not sure as I have not had a Yale and T-6 wing side by side to compare. The P-64 appears to have the same wing as the Yale, but as it was pointed out, there were no provisions for retact gear.
So as a direct replacment, no.
