I didn't know there were any A model 28s running around with the 2 bladed prop, and that is the 2nd oldest T-28.

Looks like a Ryan Fireball. Is it a mod, to a T-28?

495 belongs to the MoF and is static @ the restoration facility @ KPAE. Good thing too! Last year it was rolled over to the ramp for "Aviation Day' and there must have been 500 starlings nesting in the wings and aft fuselage-except for Doves, few birds leave more of a mess than starlings-
Still has the little 1300 Frasier-Nash engine

There may be more, but this one has been on the SoCal scene for a couple of years. The original paint job was the flat camouflage. It was faded and didn't look very good. The new paint scheme is real nice.
