After seeing the great threads with photos from Grumman and Republic production lines I was wondering if anyone has photos from the Inglewood or Grand Prairie P51 lines ?

I would say they were taken in a factory somewhere.

Interesting full size blue print.
Items on the floor have a string to show the location.
Wouldn't it be nice just to have these training aids.

The photos posted are also shown in the publication The Spitfire, Mustang and Kittyhawk in Australian Service by Stewart Wilson pg. 104. The photos are taken at the Fishermens Bend factory in Melbourne, Victoria and are dated 1951. Apparantly the last of the production run as the last P-51 was completed in August 1951.
