NICE :D :!: Since I cant read the N # is that the one owned by John & Sharon Gasho, I met them a couple times while living in Tucson. Or is this the one that was in Northern Az that was painted the same?
Thanks Doug.

Wow, another one! Thanks for another Cavanaugh update! Are there plans to repaint this HU-16 in a military scheme?

It came out of Florida. It's in such good shape with great paint, but we are going to look into the details of painting in military.

Is this the one that is/was posted on Courtesy Aircraft?

edit: I guess since these photos are the ones that are shown on the courtesy website, it is the same aircraft.

I just recently became an Albatross fan.
I must admit that I generally ignored HU-16s until this past October. My wife snapped this photo at Sevierville, TN.

We got a flight aboard this one the next day, in better weather.
We will be much more interested in the recent addition to the Cavanaugh Flight Museum when we get to visit since we have experienced a ride in such a plane.
I certainly hope that the CFM bird gets a military paint job.

I like the rescue markings too Zane but I also really like custom paint jobs that are done real tastefully. I wish some Mustang owners would go back to civi paint jobs :D If it stays the same I'll be happy, if gets changed I'll be happy. Wanna know why :?:
CUZ IT AIN"T MINE :!:  So I bet there will be a BIG debate on here as to what Cavanaugh "SHOULD" paint it as...............

Does this mean that Mr. C is selling that uber-fancy Falcon 20 and going "Buffet"? :)
