Hi everyone, I'm posting these, no they do not come from an old unexposed roll of film found in some old vets footlocker, they come from the National Archives some you may have seen, maybe some you haven't, Remember its Pearl Harbor Day...

I'm taking these off until next year....

I was going to make a post but glad someone did. I have studied a lot on Pearl Harbor as it has been my main interest of WWII. Truely a day no one would should ever forget.

Here is my photo of B-17C #49 that crashed at Bellows.

And a P-40B of the 18PG taken Late 1941:

That midget sub in the surf is the one on display at Fredricksburg.

P-40 #337 and the other P-40 picture at Bellows was the result of a taxi accident on December 8th.

Is it possible for me to be able to get a copy of photo 33?

Thanks,
Nate

I have never seen these pictures before. This to me is the most dramatic of them all. Thank you very much for posting!

Sure would like to know the numbers of those subs in #52. Could be one my father was on.

Great photos. For me the most interesting one is the aerial view looking down upon battleship row showing the huge oil slicks and the battleship Oklahoma turned turtle.

photo 12 is interesting as it might be one of the arriving B-17's, the luggage on the ground, no guns but luggage

photo 52 also has what coul be an attacking Japanese Plane
