If Orville and Wilbur Wright could have seen this, I belive they'd have crapped their pants.

Very nice shots Zane! A buddy of mine who works out at Lockheed said it took off at about 11:00 this morning. Must have been a sight to see in person...

I'd love to see that thing. I have seen the 747, but never with the shuttle on it.

Funny, but I'll bet after the Wright's changed to fresh knickers they'd have marched right out and
filed a patent infringement lawsuit on them too! Why let Glen Curtiss and the rest have all the fun?

Nice pics Ztex!

Nice shots! Did you position yourself there or just get lucky? Great location for the shots.

Thanks for the kind comments. I sure like this new DSLR!

I picked a spot, with several hundred others, that I thought would offer the best view. It worked out well!

Fantastic Pictures! Enjoy them and take every opportunity you can to see the Shuttle. In a couple of years it will all be over and there will never be anything like it again in our lifetimes...

Great shots!

I am working on a model of the 747 and shuttle right now... These should be very helpful.

When I heard on the news yesterday that the Shuttle had made a stop in Ft. Worth, my first thought was "I wonder if Zane got any pictures"
