I have been looking into the Bradley Air Services/First Air DC3 Fleet that used to operate in the mid 80’s just outside of Ottawa ON and
I was wondering if anyone knows of what became of the fleet:

These aircraft were listed as being part of their fleet over the years:

C-FMOC c/n 12741 possible turboprop conversion?
C-FTVL c/n 32855 last operator - Williston Lake Air Services Ltd
C-FQNF? c/n 26643 last operator - Central Mountain Air Ltd
C-FLFR c/n 13155 in use by Buffalo AirLines
CF-FST c/n 9041 parts use only?

Does anyone know of any other DC-3's that Bradley would have used and their fate?

Andrew

Sadly, C-FQNF suffered an untimely end while in service with Central Mountain Air:

1943 Douglas C-47B-15-DK (C-FQNF), SN 26643

C-FQNF crashed into the frozen Thutade Lake in British Columbia at 13:40 on April 4, 1991 killing three crew and three passengers. One passenger survived. It was flying a charter for a mining operation and en route from Sturdee Airport (YTC) to Smithers (YYD). The aircraft was operating VFR and encountered sudden heavy snow squalls. The wingtip hit the frozen lake and the plane cartwheeled killing six of the seven people on board and destroying the aircraft.
