Was that Jim Harley on the NBC evening news?

They did a bit on the Tuskegee airmen being invited to Obama's inauguration, lots of video footage old and new, and towards the end was one of the Tuskegees getting out of the Collings TF-51B and a guy who looked a LOT like Jim Harley helping him out! Was it him?

Anyone would take that as a compliment, but I think it was the Mustang pilot that flew Roscoe Brown at Republic Field that was in the clip.
