Talk about crazy missions and brave men!

Facinating stuff!! Several years ago I read a book about the Ryan FIREBEE and it's missions over Viet Nam and it was full of no kidding stuff, this story needs to be put into a book and read before the surviving 'first handers' are gone along with the 'inside stuff' that only they know correctly.

I did some more research today seems USAF C-47s painted with black undersides, were used as blind bats in the harsh Korean War, based at Suwon airport or some where else?

They flew over the line to support B-26 Invaders if i read correctly?
