Didn't have my camera, but about 5:45 PM 02/13/09 (last Friday). Liberty Bell, the Don Brooks B-17G, flew over while I was filling the gas tank at a local station. The guy next to me (a young guy) says "what the H$ll is that". I told him what it was and if he had an extra $430 bucks he could go down to Peachtree Dekalb Airport and get a 30 minute ride on a 64 year old WWII Bomber. He said "I don't have that kind of money but my father-in-law would absolutely love it". Hope the guy showed up!

On Sunday evening about dusk "Liberty Bell" flew over (going back to Canton Air port I suppose) and there must be propane opperated waist guns on her, cause someone was shooting them or I'm going daffy.

No one is going daffy! There is a propane gun mounted in the right waist window and they were testing it on the flight from Peachtree-Dekalb back to Cherokee County Airport. I've "fired" it, and it does make some noise, not to mention a very nice muzzle flash!!
