Seen today at Davis-Monthan AFB an all white C-135 no markings visible except some blue on the lower stabilizer. No refueling boom.

Sounds like it could be a Navy E-6 Mercury.

We have a running joke about those A/C in the USAF- "They do not exist... and you did not see it"
All white, only a small N number at the back. No idea what they do, Don't want to know...
