WIXer, Rob Mears, had one. You might check with him to see if it's still around.

There is a MiG-15 UTI at Cavanaugh. Is that close enough?
I have some pictures of it.
But you can only see the port side.

Any direct contact with Rob Maers?
Cosmo- much closer I need.
Thank you for your comments

And by the way- hope that soon I will also need MiG-17

By close enough, I meant the type, sorry.
If it works for you, how close? And what parts? I am in the area about once a week and usually have my camera.
I can only get to the one side though. And the intake is covered. It is a working museum and there aren't docents around to ask permission to get real close to the planes.
The MiG-17 is outside and not roped off. I can get right up to that one.

Mgawa, just do a WIX search for Rob Mears. You should then be able to contact him via a Private Message (PM). If none of that works for you, just give it some time and I'm sure he'll post something on this thread.

All right- I will use search of WIX. In this moment I am waiting for blueprints and similar data from one engeneer from Rusia and then I will know more about other info I need.
Cosmo- type is all right, can you make close up images of access panels? Please use my contact address:
srecko.warplane@gmail.com
Images will be used as reference for making detailed technical drawings and if published you name will be placed in credit [sorry I can no promise sample of publication] So I will keep them as confidential file at your wish.
Cheers

Does Cavanaugh own their Mig-15? Is that the late Curtis Earl's Mig?
