Watch for a flyover in conjunction with the National Anthem tommorow of a P-47 and 2 P-51's...

..and watch FIXED show nearly 3 seconds of the flyover and instead pan around the cars and drivers trying to shove a shoulder held up Kevin Harvicks nose or watch all the pit crews become the 'High fiven' white guys' instead.

Now THAT is a truly nice surprise...I will be there. Would be very cool of they did more than one pass!

Don't like Kevin Harvick...Tony Stewart is the only driver left in NASCAR. However, Jack Roush would be the coolest owner as he has the best toys! Yes, I am a NASCAR fan. No, I don't guzzle beer, or wear a stained wife beater tee-shirt with a rebel flag on it. Lotta good everyday people that go to the races. Other than golf, not another professional sport with as many good role models for kids either.

Now...let's go racin boys (Can't stand Darrell Waltrip either! :butthead: )

I'm hoping Newman can keep his car up front this week. Glad he finally got on a new team and how can you go wrong with a freakin' flat black car???

Ryan Newman is a class act Al...another of the good guys in NASCAR! So long as he does not let his new boss pass him, he will do just fine

Thank you Tim for the info.

Steve...I saw a survey done where DW asked the fans to vote whether or not he should say that rather irksome "B3" crap before the green flag drops. Guess what...more than 90% of the people polled asked him to knock it off! He said he thought that someone had rigged the results and that he would continue to do it

Was thinking about the correlation between NASCAR and WWII airplanes. The more noise the better, lots of fossil fuels wasted and good people gathering for a good show  The sights, the smell and the sound...good stuff Maynard :P

I ran outside to try to catch a glimpse of the flyover at the SuperBowl, being just across the Bay from there, but they didn't swing out far enough to see, and the darkness was settling in fast.

Whew, I thought my TV reception was going! Those P-47 and P-51's in formation looked an awful lot like a 135...
